David Teasdale has been in financial services for 25 years, setting up Northumbria Financial Management in 1994 as an Independent Financial Adviser, and latterly as a Partner Practice of St. James's Place Wealth Management.
David, who was a Business Studies teacher before he entered Financial Services, has built up a considerable breadth of knowledge and experience in the field, and has lost none of his enthusiasm for getting the best for his clients. Indeed, many of the existing clients of the Practice have remained with Northumbria Financial Management for over 20 years; this is the level of client satisfaction.
In David’s spare time, he enjoys taking his eldest son, Christopher for walks along the sea front. Christopher has severe special needs – although his walking skills can’t be compromised, he certainly keeps David active!
David is a fully accredited member of the Society of Later Life Advisers.
Rose, David’s wife, works part time in a clerical capacity whilst providing back office support. Rose is a much valued member of the team, and is known to many clients of the practice. Outside of work, Rose enjoys reading and enjoys spending time with her family.
Andrew joined Northumbria Financial Management in September 2012, after graduating from Teesside University with a degree in Criminology.
He was invited by St James’s Place to be on their inaugural ‘Next Generation Academy’ where he worked with 15 other professionals training to look after clients’ finances and studying for the rigorous examination process.
Specialising in Investment Planning, Retirement Planning, and Financial Protection, Andrew enjoys building relationships and tailoring his advice to suit the immediate and future needs of our clients.
William joined Northumbria Financial Management on an intern basis in June 2014. Having gained a degree in Mathematics from Manchester Metropolitan University, William works alongside David and Andrew as a business analyst and paraplanner. Given his mathematical background, William is well suited to the process of data analysis, and enjoys the challenges presented by an ever evolving financial industry.
